The Watchman

Every city should have a watch.

Idea for the staff was a magically charged shock pike. Both for hitting people and illuminating dark alleys in the time after nightfall.

I can't remember all the design elements that went into this one. I do remember being inspired by the armor from Tim Burton's planet of the apes.
